The Journey
My journey in technology began with a deep-seated curiosity for reverse-engineering systems. From dismantling everyday gadgets to writing my first lines of C and Python, I've always been driven by the desire to understand how things work at their core. This foundational curiosity naturally evolved into building scalable web and mobile applications from the ground up.
Co-founding my own consulting firm early in my career taught me invaluable lessons about product delivery, mapping complex requirements to agile roadmaps, and the harsh realities of resource constraints. It forced me to be pragmatic—learning to balance architectural purity with rapid time-to-market.
As I transitioned into enterprise roles, my focus shifted toward massive scale. Managing platforms handling millions of daily requests required a shift from "how do we build this" to "how do we ensure this never goes down under extreme load." Today, my expertise lies in designing fault-tolerant architectures, leading 'Build vs. Buy' analyses, and ensuring my teams have the psychological safety and technical autonomy to innovate.
